Total Service recognizes that in order to stay profitable you must consistently generate new sales. The sales and estimating module gives you the tools to track your prospects, leads and competitors. You can also maintain estimates for construction and modernization work, as well as proposals for day-to-day repair and maintenance work.

Estimates

The tools to estimate construction, modernization and large repair jobs are provided in Total Service. Estimate the labor and materials by phases on the job and markup the costs with overhead and profit percentages to calculate the total cost billed to the customer.

Total Service tracks the status of the estimates and even your competitors' bids. These tools help you analyze your bidding history and areas to focus on in the future.

Proposals

Total Service also recognizes the need to create proposals and quotes for repair, construction and maintenance work. Customers want to see a quoted price before committing to the service. You can create a proposal for services and inventory items and print it out on professionally designed templates that are sent to the prospect. After the proposal is accepted, you can immediately turn it into an AR invoice and dispatch ticket.
