The items are immediately job costed when they are used and the system flags you when you are low on supply. The customer can be billed for the item based on price levels or percentage markup. You choose the method that is right for your company. Inventory items can easily be organized into warehouses or technician's trucks. When you pull items from inventory, you can specify the warehouse. This procedure gives you more control over the items stored on each truck and the home office as well as aiding you in the restocking process. Services The Services Screen is where you specify the services available to your customers and the price you charge for each service. These items are added to the Accounts Receivable invoice when you bill the customer.
