TOTAL SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS
To install the Total Service\Total Elevator service packs, download the file to your hard drive and double-click on the executable file. Install the service pack on all workstations running Total Service or Total Elevator AND on the server (Total Service 6.0 only) in order to update Total Sentinel.

TOTAL DISPATCHER INSTRUCTIONS
To install the Total Dispatcher service pack, download the file to your C:\Program Files\Automated Integration\Total Dispatcher 2.0 folder and replace the existing Dispatch.exe file. If you are upgrading an install dated prior to June 13, 2006, you will need to uninstall Total Dispatcher and reinstall the full version: Total Dispatcher 2.0 Full Version.

Total Service User Group

Come join the Total Service User Group. You'll have access to comments and suggestions made by other Total Service users and you will also be able to add your own input. Membership in the Total Service User Group is by application only; please e-mail us at support@automatedintegration.com to request an application.

Training

Online training is an efficient way to receive live, one-on-one training over the Internet. You have the ability to see the instructor's desktop and take control of it, right from your office. While viewing the instructor's presentation, you will also be conferenced via telephone with the instructor - who can then answer any questions you may have.

Or have one of our qualified instructors come to your office and train your staff. The on-site training program is another great way to get started - having an expert with you, in your office. We offer three and five day on-site training packages which can cover everything from specific program functionality to a total application overview.
