Mobile Service

Mobile Service was designed to support field workers. At the point of service all information is captured by the field worker such as labor time, materials used, completed work description and customer signature.

This information is sent OTA to our Total Service office soluction. Office staff can now see the staus on each job at any given time. Field workers can also access the Time Recap screen in Mobile Service to review their completed time by job for the day or week.
