Automated Integration has released the module for customers to access their service history and billing information through a secure website customized for your company. If you are a current Total Service customer that is interested in this feature, please call Automated Integration for more information. We can give you access to a sample site for evaluation purposes.

Offsite Access to Total Service

Currently, any Total Service users can access their database via offsite PCs and laptops with a cable or wireless internet connection. Please call Automated Integration for more information regarding the type of networking and firewalls that should be installed on your server before accessing the database via the internet.
