Total Service is a completely integrated dispatching and accounting software package. Total Dispatcher is a dispatching software package that integrates with Quick Books. It can also be used as a stand-alone dispatching product.

Total Service takes care of your contract maintenance so you don't have to. With automated contract billing and scheduling, Total Service lets you focus on more important tasks. And since we know you make repair calls, Total Service takes care of those too.

Don't want to track your own payroll? That's ok. Total Service will still maintain your job costing figures automatically. Completed tickets, accounts payable invoices and accounts receivable invoices post to job costing immediately. You always have up to the minute job results for those important jobs. In fact, job costing takes care of itself, automatically updating while you work.

We recognize that there is a geographical element to your business. That's why both Total Service and Total Dispatcher are fully integrated with Microsoft MapPoint and fully support wireless text messaging.
