Automated Integration was founded in 1993 in Los Angeles, California. Originally, Automated Integration was a reseller for generic off the shelf accounting systems such as Great Plains, MAS-90, Platinum and other small-medium business software.We provided our customers with a turnkey accounting solution that included installation, training, and ongoing support.

Recognizing specific needs from our customers in the service industry, Automated Integration started developing its own fully integrated Enterprise software package from the ground up. That is unique in the software industry.

The Opportunity. What became clear talking with our customers was their enterprise “processes” were all integrated but their systems approach was not. That created a lot of inefficiencies in their business that impacted their bottom line. They needed an integrated solution.

Even to this day, many business owners are still making the same mistakes as they did back in the 1990s. Too many Installation and Service companies go down the wrong path and start off with a purchase of a book keeping system like Quickbooks, Peachtree or software mentioned above.

Then decide to “add on” other software modules from different vendors (i.e., dispatching, GPS, Inventory, etc) with the hope it will help streamline their businesses. Unfortunately, the opposite is the reality. Software from different vendors will never “seamlessly integrate” with another vendor. Regardless of what the software sales rep tells you.

Total Service Enterprise software was born.

Based in Dallas, Texas with offices in Denver, Colorado, Automated Integration now serves hundreds of customers in every type of service industry across the United States and Canada, including several national customers with multiple branch offices.

As a direct result of the consistently high level of quality applications the excellent service and dedicated support we provide to our customers, both our company and our client base continue to grow every year.

Some say we are a software company but we’re much more than that. Like your company, we see ourselves as a “Services Company”.
